GOAL 1) Students in the Hawley ISD will demonstrate a recognized/exemplary level of performance on all AEIS indicators and the district will increase the achievement level of special education students.
GOAL 2) Hawley will provide a challenging curriculum in core and enrichment areas, including the utilization of technology, to provide opportunities for all students to be successful.
GOAL 3) Hawley will maintain appropriate lines of communication to ensure that parents, businesses, and community members are an active part of the education process and the improvement of Hawley ISD schools.
GOAL 4) The district will provide appropriate staff development opportunities for all faculty and staff. This training will be geared toward increasing student achievement and higher test scores on TAKS tests.
GOAL 5) The district will strive to use technology to improve student performance. Students and staff will demonstrate an increased knowledge of the capabilities of technology within the school district.
